A tight‑knit, 25‑person practice based in central London, celebrated for our collaborative, fun culture and deep expertise across the heritage and retrofit sectors are expanding the team. As their portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for a design‑focused architect with experience in high‑rise or multi‑unit residential projects across the UK to join the team.

You’ll work closely with a Director on a UK residential development from RIBA Stage 1 through to completion, gaining hands‑on experience across every project phase. Someone with 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience and a proven track record in early design and planning will be an excellent fit for this team.

Must haves:

• Strong design sensibility with experience in high‑rise or multi‑unit residential projects
• Proficiency in Revit- this is a fully Revit‑based practice, so proven experience is a must
• A collaborative, ambitious mindset and a desire to take on responsibility within a supportive team
• Familiarity with UK Building Regulations, the London Plan, and SPG guidance is essential.
