A well-established and design-led architectural practice in London, best known for their commercial buildings are looking to expand the team. This is a role for an Architect with 1-3 years post qualification to join the team and work across all RIBA stages on a wide range of high-quality architectural projects; such as new build, retrofit, and some hospitality/mixed use.

This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and has a passion for thoughtful, well-executed architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate architectural projects in collaboration with internal design teams.
• Develop integrated designs from concept through to technical detail using 2D and 3D CAD tools.
• Prepare and manage planning and building regulation submissions.
• Produce tender packages and associated technical documentation.
• Communicate design intent through hand-drawn sketches and high-quality visualisations.
• Draft reports and support the preparation of bids and proposals.
• Research and integrate materials, construction strategies, and innovative technologies.
• Participate actively in design discussions and client presentations.
• Contribute to internal project planning and resourcing efforts.
