Facilities Manager or Centre ManagerLondon (one day hybrid)£50,000
Facilities Manager or Centre Manager required to take charge of our client's London Office. This is a hands-on role overseeing all aspects of office operations, vendor management, compliance, and space planning to ensure both environments run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and maintenance
Act as the main liaison with serviced office providers and building management.
Oversee contractors, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
Lead office moves, seating plans, and space optimisation projects.
Monitor and control the facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Manage supplier contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
Implement emergency plans and ensure systems are tested and compliant.
Promote sustainability through recycling, energy efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
What Youll Need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
Understanding of H&S legislation and facilities best practice
Experience overseeing an office / building and managing vendor relationships
