Site Manager – Major Build Projects - ONTARIO, CANADA

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to take on a leadership role with major build projects across Ontario.

This is a Senior Superintendent position; a chance to lead complex projects, drive field operations, and make a big impact on high-value builds.

Package: Salary Range $175K - $220K (£93K - £117K) + Car Allowance, Bonus, Share Scheme and Mobile & Laptop + Relocation Allowance & Full Visa Application

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day site management, subcontractors, and field staff

• Drive safety excellence through company programs and daily inspections

• Build strong relationships on site to promote teamwork and morale

• Mentor, coach, and develop site team members

• Oversee scheduling, contract administration, and change management

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track

• Supervise and execute self-performed concrete forming and carpentry

• Ensure quality workmanship, productivity, and safety from subcontractors

• Maintain strong client, consultant, and partner relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive Superintendent experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction (projects $50M+)

• Proven ability to lead large, complex builds; P3 and Design-Build experience is a plus

• Trade background in carpentry and/or Gold Seal Certification considered an asset

• Ability to manage self-performed concrete and carpentry

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and field management skills

• Excellent problem-solver with a results-driven, collaborative approach

• Skilled in safety, cost control, quality, and project execution

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and contract drawings

• Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project; experience with Procore and InEight is an asset

• Experience with digital construction models/software a plus

• Willingness to travel as needed for projects
