Role Overview

We are seeking Civil Engineers at all levels to join a growing design team delivering projects across the UK water industry. This is an excellent opportunity for early career engineers, mid-level engineers, and senior engineers to contribute to essential infrastructure improvements while developing their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidates will be involved in a range of water sector projects, providing technical design support, contributing to solutions, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, including:
• Wastewater treatment works upgrades
• Clean water main replacements
• Environmental compliance schemes
• Stormwater storage and sewer network improvements
• Undertake technical design work appropriate to your level of experience
• Participate in site visits and inspections as required
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support knowledge sharing and team development

Skills & Experience

Required:

• Civil engineering qualification or equivalent experience
• Design experience or strong interest in water/utility infrastructure projects
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience on regulated water or utility projects
• Knowledge of industry standards, technical codes, and best practice
