Salary: £45,000

We are working with a leading software solutions provider who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver SaaS-based projects for their growing public sector client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, managing multiple projects that have a direct impact on public services and communities.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS projects for public sector organisations. You’ll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple SaaS projects across the public sector.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to oversee integrations, configurations, and rollouts.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client contractual obligations.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering SaaS projects, ideally within the public sector.
• Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile/PRINCE2 or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with technical teams to deliver integrations, automations, and workflow-based projects.
• Highly organised with a problem-solving, delivery-focused mindset.
