Job Title: Commercial Site Supervisor

Location: Read, Burnley

Salary: £20 per hour, 42.5 hours per week + Door-to-Door

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Vital Heating Solutions delivers expert design, installation, and management of decentralised energy and multi-utility networks, focusing on low and zero-carbon technologies. We specialise in bespoke commercial heating, industrial services, and mechanical engineering.

Job Responsibilities

As Commercial Project Supervisor, you will work for Vital Heating Solutions, overseeing all commercial projects.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing and ensuring all commercial work is completed to a high standard and in line with agreed deadlines.
• Creating and maintaining detailed diary schedules for each project.
• Attending bi-weekly meetings with the Managing Director, General Manager, and Office Manager to review project progress, discuss team matters, and raise any issues.
• Communicating directly with the Office Manager regarding logistics, staffing, and material requirements.
• Liaising with the Managing Director for:
• Project planning and preparation
• New customer onboarding
• Costing and pricing breakdowns
• Resolving any issues related to work carried out by you or your team.

Key Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme)
• Valid First Aid training certification
• CSCS card holder (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Valid DBS certification (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• Health & Safety training – desirable but not essential
• Proven previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or mechanical sectors.
